fellowship of shenton way
Met Dickson after work on friday, since this joker joined the fellowship of shenton way.
Suppose to have dinner with him but then again, hunger got over me. Went to check out who is the newbie in my company's pantry. Found this cup noodle called " Lai Yi Tong"( Hanyu Pinyin context). it wasn't a cup, more like a pot with 2 pieces( i don't know what you call that) of noodles in it. Definitely filling for those pitless stomaches. Alright, that's not all, had half of a salmon sandwich from " THE Sandwich Shop", somewhere dried szechuan beef stuff and a bowl of beancurd. HAH!! talking about diet...........
Had one of those crazy ideas conversations with Dick at Killiney Kopitiam at Circular Road. like some marketing ideas, or info ideas to generate money. whahahaha.
But last friday evening wasn't that enjoyable at all. I tell you, you will get giddy or maybe high in some sense; when you go partial blind with only one side of the contact lens still intact and the other one L O S T. Lost that side of lens while washing my eyes. sigh~ And some of you might know, i am literally blind if i'm without my glasses. SO, talking to dickson with one eye blurred focusing on him( using my ears too) and another clearer eye catching the ladies who walked down the road.
Met Jeff and Vicky for dinner on saturday. Met Nic and Kel at Borders. Sorry kel, it really wasn't my idea. hope you guyz have fun. We could have a hearty dinner together at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao( i didn't get to eat my xiao long bao...ohhh.. boo..hoohoo..) Thanks to Jeff, we found another place to look at girls. but nono, we're not there to look at girls, we got vicky. Chilled at Cream Bristo at Pacific Plaza, gossips and jokes and talkabout each other lives.
what a weekend to chill.
oh oh did i mention the place to look at girls is where the Macdonalds' outside MANGO at Shaw Towers, Orchard?
Alright, something for you folks to do to maybe cure your monday blues. do this.
1) Open a blank Microsoft Word Document
2) type the following:
=rand(200,99)
3) Press "Enter" and wait for 5 seconds.....( don't worry it will not crash your computer)

What's your passion? your dreams?
finally gotten to write something... wah ha ha~ damn... my fingers are itchy. but then again, i've no idea what to write now. * hmmmm...*
Went to Moloko Bar with Dickson for Vicky's birthday celebration, eventhough it wasn't the actual day. Dennis came over to singapore just for her. aww~ so sweet right. Though we didn't have much talk. Jeff left early with his gf. Saw Gerry with her friend, Fiona. Lemme see. Then saw Samantha and Lee( just gotten to know) and Jon and Kel. Hah... and Shay. Hey, what happen to zouk man? i still remember friday nights is very happening.
Anyway, went Liquidroom with the rest while some left for supper and home. then came a interesting conversation during supper after Liquidroom. The topic "What is your passion? Went thru quite argumentative conversation. Me trying to explain reality versus passion while my dear friend don't get my point in a slight. His arguement was that one can realise his dreams and passion if he dare. My arguement was yes he can if reality did not bite him nor cause him any burden and putting myself as an example.
I don't want to be a practical singaporean who slog to maintain his lifestyle. i have dreams but probably won't able to fulfil now. i am taking alternative route and longer route. and it might change too. But my dear friend was debating while his other half was trying to explain too. nonetheless, doubts were cleared at 6am in the morning. 6am!!!!!!
my reasoning. the same old reasoning. when you want something, you got to sacrifice something. and when reality really bites you, it sure hurts alot. You can't balance that well with dreams versus reality; it worsen when responsibilty comes in. *~sigh*

Michael Keaton plays successful architect Jonathan Rivers, whose peaceful existence is shattered by the unexplained disappearance and death of his wife, Anna (Chandra West). Jonathan is eventually contacted by a man (Ian McNeice), who claims to be receiving messages from Anna through EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon), the process through which the dead communicate with the living through household recording devices. At first skeptical, Jonathan then becomes convinced of the messages' validity, and is soon obsessed with trying to contact her on his own. His further explorations into EVP and the accompanying supernatural messages unwittingly open a door to another world, allowing something uninvited into his life.
The starting of the show already irritates me. kept fligging. sorry that i have motion sickness but it's not healthy for your eyes either. anyway, if you are looking for some horrors, forget about this show. BUT i have to admit, i was abit touched by Michael Keaton strong devotes to his wife.

Sometimes, i really wonder what's in their mind when one ask if he can be friends with you. when you say no, he starts to go on and on and on. Explain to you that he's not that kind of baddie. Ask if you like only girls and he's not gay. ask if you are married and he's not a pester. WORSE. He is a freaking old man who carries those rainbow nylon bags.
since when i allow myself to pick up by old man........*shake heads*
